1. Service-Based Policy
Dental treatments are professional healthcare services. Once a treatment has been started or completed, it is non-returnable and non-refundable, as it involves medical expertise, time, and clinical resources.
2. Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees once paid are non-refundable.
- If a patient misses a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
- In case of rescheduling with prior notice (minimum 24 hours), the consultation fee may be adjusted for the next appointment.
3. Advance Payments for Treatments
For certain procedures (such as root canal treatment, crowns, aligners, implants, cosmetic procedures, etc.), an advance payment may be required.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the treatment process has started.
- If a patient chooses to discontinue treatment midway, the refund (if applicable) will be calculated after deducting the cost of procedures already completed, lab work, and materials used.
- Any laboratory charges (crowns, aligners, dentures, etc.) are strictly non-refundable once the order has been placed.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for refunds or adjustments.
- In case of emergency cancellation from the clinic side, patients may reschedule or request a fee adjustment.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- The amount will be credited via the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary depending on banking procedures.
6. Treatment Results & Satisfaction
Dental procedures depend on individual oral conditions and healing responses. While we strive for the best possible outcomes:
- Refunds are not applicable based on subjective dissatisfaction if treatment has been clinically performed as per standard protocols.
- Patients are encouraged to discuss concerns with our dental team for appropriate solutions or corrective measures.
7. Special Cases
In rare situations where a treatment cannot be initiated due to medical contraindications identified during examination, eligible refunds (after deducting consultation and diagnostic charges) may be processed.
